A new model that we have created from the Fader. We designed it so that you wear it 1 inch shorter than the latter. A board you can trust. If you had a trip around the world and only one board, the Faded 2.0 would be one of our recommendations.
Let's go over the key elements of this board: A strong, well-built board is essential for your confidence when the waves are good and consistent. This board is laminated with 6oz + 4oz plies on the deck and with 4oz Innegra + Twin Carbon reinforcements on the bottom. The Twin Carbon strips were designed to reinforce the center of the board. Additionally, it has our Innegra technology, the layer of fabric that we put on the bottom which provides resistance without neglecting the flex so that the board can perform at its maximum. A resistant and performance model.
We tested this board (Project Black) with Jay Davies and Luke Egan, both with large builds and heavy feet.
Unlike its similar "Fader", it has more volume in the central area - chest which provides better paddling. Its entry rocker is very soft and extends equally along the entire length of the board. Its flow on the face of the wave is very smooth and it fits perfectly in the pocket. Its edges are medium to low for submersion, but not extremely low for more friendly surfing. Bottom is a pronounced simple concave. Enough to generate speed, but at the same time deep to maintain flow in all conditions. Its outline is continuous, ending without distortions in its round tail. A pleasure to run!
