Summer arrives and our chic @ s take the whole year trying to have a vacation as they deserve. The effort has been constant throughout the year and now come 2 months of summer to enjoy and live an unforgettable experience.
In the Cántabra Surf School we make a great effort to organize our surf camp offering the opportunity to learn to surf in a privileged environment. The famous Playa de Somo!
We turned into activities for the kids to have a great time. The vast majority are related to surfing . Skate classes (we have a skatepark right next to the school), initiation to Paddle surf, lectures on meteorology, formation of waves and currents, excursions, visit to the surf shop and workshop of tables, party surfera and farewell barbecue … The smaller surf camp is a non stop!
Chic @ s are always monitored by school monitors who enjoy the experience with them both day and night.
We have a limited area in the Somo Camping to organize our summer camps . The campsite of Somo is a campsite of 1st Category that has all the necessary services for the proper operation of the Surf Camp of the school. Swimming pool, Tennis court, Bar-restaurant, supermarket, wifi, washing machine and dryer …
What does the Surf Camp include?
- Accommodation SURF CAMP in full board (PC).
- NORMAL surfing course (2 hrs of daily classes with TODO) vs. INTENSIVE (4 hours of daily surf lessons with EVERYTHING).
- Availability of material during the whole stay (supervised by monitors).
- Monitors 24 hrs with complementary activities during the day.
- Multi-activity in the afternoons. Activities and excursions in the open air.
- Yoga & Stretching Classes.
- Ping-Pong, table football, billiards, graffiti, championships, board games, swimming pool …
- Skateboard Classes
- Initiation to Stand up Paddle and long skate.
- Video & photography. Night video projections.
- Visit surf shop and table shop. Explanation on different types of tables.
- Talk about meteorology, history of surfing and formation of waves, so that you can surf safely anywhere in the world.
- Surf party and barbeque farewell. Live music.
- QUIKSILVER & ROXY gifts, sweepstakes … and many more surprises.
- Championship. Diplomas.

Ages: Aimed at MINORS aged 10-17 years.

Option 1 : Normal Surf Camp 1 week: 680 Euros All.
Option 2 : Intensive Surf Camp 1 week: 860 Euros All.
Option 3 : Normal Surf Camp 2 Weeks: 1,200 Euros All.
Option 4 : Surf Camp intensive 2 weeks: 1,500 Euros All.
